The Story Behind The Art Of Pizza Making

With 38 tears of experience I wanted to create a site that could help those in both the pizza industry as well as those wanting to make pizza related foods at home. I have owned 5 places throughout my journey and worked all over Brooklyn Miami, New Jersey and upstate New York. I was fortunate enough to work with many immigrant’s who arrived from Ellis Island in the 40’s. Many from Sicily, Calabria, Naples, Palermo etc. My journey began in Brooklyn in the early 80’s. All of my experience stems from old world Italian cooking. Not Italian American. My hope is that this site offers perspectives little hacks and plenty of information you may be looking for.
